Mary Lawson was a design student at the Harrington Institute when her aunt and uncle asked her to design a bedroom in their Lake Shore Drive home. "They still love it," Mary says. Her design roots go back even farther, however, as one longtime friend remembers Mary declaring her love for design as early as the third grade. She has been with Toms-Price since 1997, and when not working attempts to "keep up with my husband, three teenagers, a house and a 3-year-old 'puppy'!".
I ALWAYS TELL MY CLIENTS:"A design project is like a puzzle - all the pieces have to work together to form a complete picture."
YOU MAY QUOTE ME:"Life if short, so: get on with it, be kind to one another, just do the best you can, and don't worry so much."
