The new Felton Collection by Hooker Furniture brings a softer, warmer contemporary to life as it blends soft shapes with strong vertical design elements, concave case fronts, chrome hardware and a warm finish on walnut veneers.
In a striking juxtaposition of design elements, contemporary styling contrasts with a warm finish on walnut veneers. Clean lines contrast with weighty cases. Concave shaped cases set off vertical design elements. These contrasting motifs come together harmoniously to create the unique design of the Felton collection of bedroom, dining, home office and entertainment furniture. Chrome hardware in a circle-within-a-square shape and concave cases are signature elements for Felton, which may be the most contemporary collection in Hooker Furniture's recent history.
The 33-piece Felton collection, which is positioned in the "better" level of Hooker quality and style, offers three knock-out beds. These include a sophisticated and refined upholstered bed with chrome nail head trim, a shaped sleigh bed and a dramatic pier bed, along with two pier (floating) nightstands. The regular nightstand is also available with the panel pier bed. In dining, Felton offers a surfboard-shaped table and a rectangular table. Two chair options include an exposed wood chair with upholstered seat and back and a vertical wood slat on the back to punctuate the vertical design motifs throughout the collection. The other chair is also exposed wood with an upholstered seat and a single button-tufted back for a soft, elegant touch.
