A: As a manufacturer and importer of furniture, Hooker sells to authorized furniture dealers who add value to you by displaying and servicing our products. 2. What stores in my area carry a certain product?

A: Our consumer help desk can determine what stores in your area carry the specific products in which you have interest. You may reach them by clicking the "Contact" section of this Website, located at the top of the home page menu. You may also call the help desk at 276-656-3335 Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, and they will check with our professional sales representatives and follow up with you once they receive more information about what stores may carry the product of your interest. 3. What size/weight TV does a certain entertainment center hold?

A: You can determine all the entertainment centers that accommodate a given TV size by using the "Search" function on this Website. Above the blue bar at the top of every page, you'll see the word "Search." To the right of the phrase, "All Products," scroll down two times until you see the option "Search by TV Size." Highlight that option. Then, in the blank space to the right, type in the size TV (i.e. 32, 36, 27, Sony Wega, etc.). Then click Go. In a moment, thumbnail photos and product numbers of all entertainment centers accommodating the TV size you typed in will appear on the screen. If you click on any of these thumbnail photos, you'll link to an item detail page about that product. This item detail page will give dimensions, construction and functional details on the entertainment center, as well as a larger photo. Regarding the weight of TV an entertainment center will hold: If the entertainment center accommodates, say, a 36-inch TV, then it is designed to also accommodate the weight of all 36-inch TVs in the market. 4. Do you include pullout TV shelves on entertainment centers?

A: Only on entertainment centers that accommodate TV's 27" and smaller. Hooker does not put pullout shelves on entertainment centers taking over 27-inch TVs for safety reasons. The weight of larger TVs can make the entertainment center unstable when the shelf is pulled out. Close

6. Do you customize furniture?

A: We are able to offer our furniture at a better value by making large production runs of each product. Because of this, we are unable to do customize or otherwise change our products. Close

A: Hooker sells to over 3,000 authorized dealers across the country who add value for you through displaying and servicing the products they sell. We believe it is in your best interest to buy from them. To insure that a quality product is delivered to your home in a satisfactory manner, we do not sell products directly to consumers. 8. What is the freight charge?

A: Freight rates vary according to the area of the country in which you live and according to each dealer. Your authorized Hooker dealer usually includes the freight in their price, and gets better rates by buying and delivering in volume. Close
